CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Credit card information is now required to book an appointment.

 

A 24hr notice is required for all services. If notified less than 24hrs prior to scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation. Penalties will increase per every late cancellation. You are allowed one reschedule with less than 24hr notice before penalties will take effect.

  • 1st occurence = No charge to card on file

  • 2nd occurence = 50% of the total for services booked will be charged to the card on file.

  • 3rd occurence or more = Full price of services booked will be charged to the card on file.

If you are more than 15min late to an appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and your scheduled time will be forfeited. If you are running late, please call or email the salon to let us know so we may try to accommodate you the best we can. Please note that some services may not be able to be completed if you are late, and the entire appointment may need to be rescheduled.
